EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE OR DIGITAL MEDIA PURCHASES
Irent Colombia strives to provide the best possible service, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return the purchased item. We will be happy to offer exchange options. To facilitate the process and ensure complete clarity, please keep in mind the following points:
ELIGIBILITY:
- Merchandise exchanges will only be made for items not included in the promotional and leasing inventories.
- The item to be exchanged must be in its original condition and packaging.
- You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to make the exchange (keep your receipt) and be careful that the items do not exceed the maximum exchange period for returning items.
- Please note that the item is not used.
- If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it for the same item.
EXCLUSIONS:
All products in promotional and rental inventory are excluded from returns and cannot be exchanged. You can check rental items and those with promotional tags. Please note that we do not offer refunds. We have a wide variety of items available for exchange. You may be required to pay a price difference when applicable.
TERM:
Remember that you have 7 days to exchange items. If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, you have one month to return the item.
Products purchased digitally may be exchanged within two days of receiving them at your address. Shipping costs incurred in exchange are not covered (except if there was an error in shipping).
PROCESS:
To access the exchange of the item you must go to our physical store with the products you wish to exchange, explain the reason for the return and if your request meets the requirements mentioned above in this document, the exchange will be made immediately. If the product is not in the store, we will exchange it in up to 30 days, for the chosen item, which you can pick up in the store or request shipping, covering the corresponding fees.
RATES:
If you'd like us to ship the product to your home, please remember that you'll be responsible for shipping fees.
FINAL NOTES:
If the reason for the exchange is due to manufacturing issues, an exchange will be made for the same item in optimal condition.
In case of dissatisfaction or non-use of the product, it will be exchanged for a similar item or one equivalent to the same price.
If you want to exchange the item for one of greater value, you will have to pay the difference.
